Attended the EUspen Structured and Freeform Surfaces conference in the Advanced Manufacturing Building at the University of Nottingham.
On the 10th - 11th September 2024, the official EUspen Structured and Freeform Surfaces conference took place in the Advanced Manufacturing Building at the University of Nottingham, Jubilee Campus. This two-day event consisted of excellent talks from experts in the field from around the world, ranging from quantum physics to diamond turning and the engineering of gin.
We had the privilege of joining international peers to engage with some of the brightest minds in the field of Structured and Freeform surfaces. This provided invaluable access to expertise and knowledge exchange, allowing Taraz to maintain a leading edge on technology, customers and suppliers.
At our exhibition stand, we showcased our advanced Areal Surface Measurement System (ASM) and offered insights into how we assist clients in measuring and characterising large freeform surfaces with precision. Our specialised Taraz Metrology systems, designed and manufactured in Nottingham, are designed to deliver exceptional accuracy and reliability for complex surface measurements, providing tailored solutions for diverse industry needs.
